The Process

Let's get to know each other!
To get the ball rolling, I will ask you to complete my discovery form and we'll schedule a zoom call. This will give me an insight into your business and requirements for the project.
From there I will the send a proposal of work for approval. If you choose to go ahead, I will ask you to secure your project in my diary with a 50% deposit.

Building on the shared discovery information, we will delve deeper into your project strategy and identify any gaps of information that haven't already been covered. You will have your own client portal to upload content for the project.

Once we have completed steps 1 & 2, I will create a homepage design concept for your perusal. If you're happy with it aesthetically and functionally, the remaining pages will then be built.

The final phase of the project will be going over last minute revisions, connecting to your chosen Squarespace subscription and make sure everything is in place.
Once everyone is happy, we will arrange the final project payment of 50% and then we can press LIVE and launch your new website!

I have chosen to use this platform because, not only does it have all the tools needed to create stunning and effective sites, but it has a very simple interface, making it suitable for anyone to use.
This means I can keep costs down for clients who want to run their own site, post-launch.
I offer maintenance support for those who would like it. Squarespace is highly secure and fully managed, meaning updates are automatic and without disruption.

Every package is fully bespoke. During our discovery call we'll scope the right project for your business, and I'll send a clear proposal outlining exactly what's included, the timeline, and the investment.

Yes! I can create content / copywriting and would be delighted to help you with this. Whether it’s copy editing existing wording, or starting from the ground up, we can discuss it during the discovery phase and incorporate into the project, where appropriate.
Regarding images, I have photographer contacts we can recommend, and can put you in touch with them to discuss your requirements. We would then work closely with them during the project, for continuity. There are also a number of stock libraries, both free and paid, of high quality images that can help if needed.

For the Seed Site pacakge, I can turn this around in 24-48 hours, once all content and materials has been provided.
The Smart and Signature Packages tend to run between 3-4 weeks, but is dependent on a number of factors.
I will always do my best to meet your desired timescales.

Once we have completed an initial discovery call, I will put together a proposal of work, which will include timescales and costs. Then, if you would like to proceed, there will be 50% deposit payment to secure your start date, and then the remaining 50% on design completion just ahead of going live.
